With close to 14 years of experience in the field of marketing and sales across various industries, Ipsita Sahu is a seasoned sales and marketing professional. Starting off with GTL in the Operations Maintenance and Energy Management Vertical, she moved on to Cennox Up where as International Business head she was instrumental in creating many strategic relationships with global players in Telecom and BFSI segments, before joining SWAFE as head of sales and marketing (west).
Her core strength lies in value-selling through building solutions and engagement models that best address the customer’s needs and uses this in expert strategy formulation, effective business networking and new market development. Passionate about mentoring and training, she has helped many a young executives to realize their potential and become star performers throughout her corporate sojourn.
Ipsita holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from S.N.D.T University and a Masters degree in Management Studies - Marketing from Mumbai University and is an exponent, teacher and student of the Indian classical dance form of Odissi. She conducts holistic development program for children in Pune. She believes contributing towards building the confidence, security and values in children is possibly the best form of giving back, building a beautiful and thought fertile world.

With over 16 years of international experience in outsourcing companies based in India, US and UK, Puneet has extensive knowledge and insight in the Finance, Media and Telecommunication sectors. Over his many years in the industry, he has managed key portfolios such as business development, project and strategy management.
Starting with Siemens in Germany, moving to leading advertising firms and large corporate houses including Hughes and Tata in India, he has held senior positions with Empost in London, worked as a management consultant for Incapsulate US, dedicated 5 years to outsourcing giants Datamatics and SKP Group and finally founded his own ventures – Neo kinetic Services – an IT outsourcing company; and tickets2holidays.com – a web portal.
Having been in the business as both an employee and now an entrepreneur, he thrives in the business development arena and has a keen eye for detail. Puneet holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the UK. He contributes to QLB in steering its market and services portfolio expansion with his bold ideas and strong business acumen.

An industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience, Rintu has worked across technology, consulting, financial services, healthcare and entrepreneurship. An alumnus of IIT-BHU and XLRI, he spent the first decade of his career managing business development, client relationships and delivery in the Asia Pacific insurance markets for NTT Data in Singapore and then as a financial consultant for Amgen, a Fortune 500 biotech company in the US.
His entrepreneurial streak lead him back to India, he built from scratch an analytics team at a venture funded early stage startup that consulted US healthcare organizations. He has spent substantial time in India with life, general and health insurance companies, heading apps & business intelligence at HDFC Life and managing services portfolio business for Ibexi (now a Sapiens Israel company), where he consulted IDBI, Apollo Munich, L&T General.
A result oriented, compassionate and forward thinking business executive, he is an indispensible part of QLB’s team, guiding strategies and campaigns with his expertise and experience across various sectors.
With over 10 years of experience in creating web-based content, Mrunmai works on creating engaging communication material for QLB and our clients. A graduate of management studies from University of Mumbai, Mrunmai shifted course towards creative writing and worked for a children’s educatainment firm as a scriptwriter before moving on to work as a copywriter with a growing digital media company. With a flair for the language and great experience with different communication channels (websites, emails, ebooks, blogs and social media) she plans, creates and manages content as per every client’s unique requirement.
When she’s not creating content for QLB or writing fiction, she learns and teaches Hindustani Classical Music.

She brings with her over 14 years of research and consulting experience. With an unparalleled Marwari business acumen and in-depth insights across industries she drives the line of business to absolute perfection. An adventure enthusiast, she enjoys photography, trekking and solo travels to Leh and base camps of Himalayas!
With a Masters in cosmetic technology from Nagpur university and close to 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Awanti has worked in dynamic roles from being in an International Business Development role to that of production manager her exposure has been vast. She pursues her professional singing with an equal panache and trains her 2 year old with as much fervour. She is strongly driven by her passion for marketing, craving for knowledge and empathy for client expectations. With a go getter attitude she makes sure she takes her campaigns to success and leads by example.

With an MBA in finance and over 5 years of experience in channel sales in BFSI, she is a natural leader and a task master. At QLB she leads the SME surveys and deep dive interviews. CXOs or SMEs, she has a record of engaging herself and her ace team into the longest and most complex interviews. Her sense of balance and maturity makes her a great asset in projects that are time bound and number driven. Her deceiving garb of sluggishness easily wears of at the badminton court and cricket field with her unbeatable competitive spirit!
